Bert Oliva came from very humble beginnings, coming to the US when he was just 11 months old from Cuba and growing up in Little Havana, the inner city of Miami. Knowing that he could end up like all his childhood friends, either dead or in prison, he took a job with Xerox in his early 20′s starting at the bottom and soon making his way into multi-national accounts.

Today, Bert is CEO/Founder of B.O.W.A. (Bert Oliva Wealth Academy) International, an international sales and training organization that includes seminars, professional coaching, keynotes and corporate trainings. Some of his clients include HBO, Perry Ellis, Mary Kay, HP, Marriott IVC and Trump Network. By studying four dimensional concepts: physical, emotional, logical and spiritual; Bert has been able to develop his basic and fundamental teaching programs into what is today  known as HUMANOLOGY, the scientific study of the Human Potential.

Bert is well known for his “Breakthroughs”. Breakthroughs are feats such as walking barefoot on glass, eating fire, bending steel rebar with the throat or even lying on a bed of nails. Without guidance and focus all can be dangerous but in his seminars serve as metaphors for the many challenges life can and does present. It is by not backing down from the heat, facing the discomfort and not succumbing to the pressure one feels during a breakthrough that they develop a new outlook of what is possible in their lives and strive for their full potential.
