ROBUST AND INTERESTING MODULES
Each module takes research-based concepts and translates them for practical application. The modules are highly intensive, keeping participants engaged throughout the entire length of them. Designed to engage all three primary learning modalities, Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic, the modules are fully interactive; mixing videos with team activities, polls, quizzes, and worksheets that create dynamic and open conversations between all participants, and much more.
The Philosophy of our Online Programs is that leadership, communication, and other soft skills only get learned and honed with real-world experience and this program is designed to give participants that experience. These are not sit-down lectures where participants take pages of notes but never get a chance to apply the lessons being taught. Instead, these modules are fun and engaging, asking for each participant’s full participation through the online portal.
FLEXIBLE MODULES FOR MULTIPLE LEARNING STYLES
BOWA’s modules are designed to reach all three learning modalities; however, the modules are even more flexible. When a student begins a course, certain modules are available for either an online video course or as a scheduled live webinar. Students also have the ability to schedule one-on-one coaching or tutoring modules to help them understand the data even more. BOWA wants to make sure that all of its students fully grasp each subject they sign up to learn and BOWA has made it as easy as possible for students to reach out and ask for more help or explanation.
MODULES REINFORCE APPLICATION OF LEARNING
Learning transfer from the classroom to the real-world is a primary concern of all training programs. BOWA has a number of processes and tools in place to ensure successful transfer of learning from module(s) to workplace. These include but are not limited to:
Practical Context and Scenarios: BOWA’s online programs use real-world scenarios and situations so that all skills taught to participants are easily transferred to the workplace.
Hands-On Applicable Activities: BOWA incorporates practice activities, role modeling, discussions, content reviews, etc. in every module. When participants work with something hands-on, it enables participants to fully grasp the concept more easily and transfer it back to the workplace
Memorable, Interactive Teaching Techniques: Because BOWA uses props, music, video, and other interactive techniques in all of its trainings, participants are kept fully engaged, which helps to ensure a more successful transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace.
One-on-One Coaching: BOWA’s online programs enable participants to schedule one-on-one support, to work on the skills in which they need extra practice. One-on-one support has been shown to greatly increase the success of any training because every person’s learning style and speed is slightly different.
POST TRAINING SUPPORTS
BOWA creates contact avenues for all participants, including email, social media, phone numbers, and even follow-up webinars and teleseminars, when deemed necessary. All of these avenues enables participants to continually reach out to trainers, which helps to support transfer of the concepts learned in the session(s) to the workplace.
USER FRIENDLY AND ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
BOWA’s online training platform is incredibly user friendly. Each module is separated into multiple lessons, in large font sizes, with images, videos, and diagrams to break up the text. The live webinars are accessible via any operating system, including mobile phones. Whether someone is a computer novice or expert, BOWA online training platform is easy and fun to use.
TRACKING AND VISIBILITY TO PARTICIPANTS AND ADMINISTRATORS
All participant’s progress is tracked through BOWA’s online program. Individual users can log into their account and see their personal progress, including evaluation scores on each lesson. Administrators can log in and see the progress of each student they manage. Progress reports can be exported in comma separate or Excel formats.
