If you have a dream or a goal, what better way to achieve it than working as a team? The reward is so much greater.

I wrote this blog yesterday but did not want to post it to see what really happened. In my vlog below, I asked people to comment on my videos and tell me what they wanted to see me talk about. And I also invited them to become part of my BOWAteam. And the response was not what I thought it would be.
I have noticed that most people just watch and don’t get involved. Many only like to comment on negative or funny things. I have received more comments of other vlogs than this one.
I forgot it’s also the 4th of July weekend. So that might be a reason also…

Tonight I want to talk about passion. And I’m not just say Pass-I-on. No I’m taking it a step further.
Some people think that when they see those people that seem to have everything that they must have aquired it through passion. However, that is not necessarily the case. I’m not saying that if your are passionate about what you do you won’t be rewarded. What I’m saying is that success is not measured by the money or things one has. Because you will always find people with more things and money.
To live with passion one needs to find it. It does not have an age. You can be in your teens, twenties, thirties and some find it in their forties or fifties…
When you find it you will feel it in your gut. And when you find it, share it with the world. Hone it and own it!
Your life will never be the same agin.
So let me know when you find your passion or if you already have found it. I would love to know.

Why do you worry so much? Why do we worry so much?
What happens when you get worried? Well let’s see…When we worry we get stressed and in return we get sick.
Most of the time, we stress over small things. Things that really truly don’t make a difference in our lives.
So why so we do it? There are several reasons why. However, two big ones come to mind for me. Sometimes we fight for things to go a certain way and when they don’t we flip out. Others times people do things the way we don’t like or it bothers us.
Here are some tools that have worked for me.

1) Avoid setting yourself up with F.E.A.R., which Les Brown says is “False. Expectation. Appearing. Real.” Try to not have expectations so you don’t take too many things to heart.
2) Don’t allow others to disappoint you. Not everyone is going to make you happy.
3) Focus on what you need to be focusing on, which is you and your life. Because once you take care of you and what’s in your life, everything else falls into place and happens as it should.
So just stop worrying so much and be happy.
