Teamwork; now let’s look at the root word itself. Team: Together Everyone Achieves More. And notice there is no “i” in team.

If you have a dream or a goal, what better way to achieve it than working as a team? The reward is so much greater.

PowerTools:
1) Find yourself a group of like-minded Individuals who focus on similar goals and dreams.

2) Learn how to become a team player.

4) Create power meetings with your team.

I wrote this blog yesterday but did not want to post it to see what really happened. In my vlog below, I asked people to comment on my videos and tell me what they wanted to see me talk about. And I also invited them to become part of my BOWAteam. And the response was not what I thought it would be.

I have noticed that most people just watch and don’t get involved. Many only like to comment on negative or funny things. I have received more comments of other vlogs than this one.

I forgot it’s also the 4th of July weekend. So that might be a reason also…
